Zachary DeLoach didn’t allow a single run as Hebron Hawks Varsity defeated Trinity 3-0 on Thursday. DeLoach allowed just three hits and struck out Andrew Bowman to end the game.

The pitching was strong on both sides. Zachary DeLoach struck out eight, while Trinity pitchers sat down four.
Hebron Hawks Varsity took an early lead in the first inning. With one out in the first inning Michael Betrus drove in one run when he doubled.

One bright spot for Trinity was a single by Jimmy Crooks in the second inning.

DeLoach earned the win for Hebron Hawks Varsity. He went seven innings, allowing zero runs, three hits, and striking out eight. Kris Velasquez took the loss for Trinity. He tossed three and a third innings, allowing two runs, five hits, and striking out two.

Hebron Hawks Varsity had seven hits in the game. Landon Muzzy and Aiden Davis each collected multiple hits for Hebron Hawks Varsity. Davis and Muzzy each managed two hits to lead Hebron Hawks Varsity.

Crooks led Trinity with two hits in two at bats. Trinity was sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Nico Baumbach had the most chances in the field with seven.
