Hebron Hawks Varsity fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 5-0 loss to Flower Mound on Tuesday. Flower Mound took the lead on a wild pitch in the second inning.

Flower Mound captured the lead in the second inning. A wild pitch by Jade Siler scored one run for Flower Mound.

Flower Mound scored three runs in the seventh inning. The big inning for Flower Mound came thanks to a home run by Syler Shepherd and a double by Lance Russell.

A single by Joseph Angelone in the third inning was a positive for Hebron Hawks Varsity.

Austin Wallace earned the win for Flower Mound. He threw six innings, surrendering zero runs, one hit, striking out ten, and walking one. Siler took the loss for Hebron Hawks Varsity. He went two and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs, two hits, and walking one.

Diego Johnson and Angelone each collected one hit to lead Hebron Hawks Varsity.

Flower Mound collected seven hits. Wallace and Shepherd each collected multiple hits for Flower Mound. Flower Mound didn’t commit a single error in the field. Dylan Antonelli had the most chances in the field with 12.
