Sponsorship Overview

This season we are offering an opportunity for local businesses to become Sponsors of our program. Your contributions will be used to offset the costs incurred by the program but not covered by the school district. As well, we have targeted specific capital projects that we would like to implement, as funds become available.

Single, Double and Stadium Banner sponsors can add a 1/2 page Program ad to their sponsorship for a reduced price of $100

DONATION GIVEWAYS: At all Hebron Varsity Home Games raffle prizes are awarded to “winners” at the end of each inning. We’re asking for your support in donating prize giveaways. Past giveaway prizes have consisted of: Free Appetizers and/or Meals, Beauty Products, Free Car Washes, etc.

Hebron High School Baseball Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization with Federal Tax ID 75-2880009.

Use of Sponsorship Funds

A volunteer board of officers and dedicated parents’ guide the Hebron Baseball Boosters. We are part of a non-profit 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization and 100% of the funds raised by the club are dedicated to the improvement of the Hebron High School Baseball program. With the addition of sponsorship fund-raising, we can work towards those additional projects mentioned above.
